We have some big things happening
Well, you may know that a few years ago, my human started working with my daughter Mimi at the farms where she’s lived, and after about six months, Johnnie asked to be included in the grooming and the training, so she’s been working with him too. Johnnie enjoyed and was a huge help during their early excursions last fall, but as soon as he started meeting lots of new people on the trips out, he was very scared. He started trembling in the trailer and in the new places, and my human loves him too much to want to cause him stress. In the meantime, Mimi was full steam ahead. She wanted to do everything and see everything and go everywhere on their outings. Their wonderful human, who had given me to my human almost seven years ago, said she thought it might be time for Mimi to come live and train with me, and she would rescue another miniature horse to live with Johnnie on the farm. My human talked to my @sligo_stables @naturalhorsetraining and she was game, so right after Tux got off that truck, Mimi got on! When she arrived, we took a nice walk together, and everything was peaceful for an hour or two… Stay tuned!
