We are excited to be joining Fauquier FRESH at the Marshall Community Center for a morning including free books, games and summer fun! FRESH partners with organizations to bring literacy, nutritional education, and movement activities to events around Fauquier County through FRESH on Wheels. Even though we love seeing our friends, remember Mimi and I are starting our therapy visits together. Please understand that Mimi is still in training, so all visits are outdoors and will be rescheduled if weather is an issue. We don’t work outside if it’s stormy or temperatures are higher than the mid-80s! I love to visit with all of my friends during the holidays and look forward to making some new ones! The beautiful decorations and smiling faces are always something to look forward to.

The holidays are quickly approaching and visiting The Fauquier Senior Center in Warrenton, during the holidays can be heartwarming for both visitors and residents. Festive decorations, like twinkling lights and wreaths, set a joyful mood. I love to engage with seniors by visiting with them and sharing cuddles, which can enhance the holiday spirit. Bringing smiles to their faces can boost residents’ spirits, especially those without nearby family, showing them they are valued.

Come down to Old Town on November 30th for Small Business Saturday to support the local businesses! The merchants have come together to celebrate the season in Old Town! I will probably be picking up some presents for my friends at the barn.

I will be stopping by Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital to meet some old friends and make new ones I hope I can check out the garden. Maybe they will have a treat for me.

My special friend Lee and I took a walk together in Rady Park to support the Rock Steady Boxing program he works out with. Thank you for having me, friends!

I get to visit my friends and maybe make some new ones at the Fauquier Senior Center. I haven’t seen them for awhile and I am very excited to catch up!
