Jumping Johnnie 🐎

Johnnie loves to jump! When my friends came to visit last week, there were three kinds of fences in the ring they had never seen: a flowerbox, a crossrail, and a gate. We warmed up over a vertical like they were used to, and then Johnnie figured out the flower box on his first try! See how careful he is not to touch the jump at all? The gate was a little harder so I led him over it. He was very brave once he saw what I did—and then he followed me over the crossrail and the gate together in a line! I’m so proud of my friend. Maybe he’ll compete with me in the state fair hunters this year? Stay tuned to see what Mimi does with the jumps!
